HOW IT BEGAN

With a push in 2020 Early Bird Acres all fell into place as the world fell apart.

We have wanted to be more self-sufficient and appreciated the value of growing our own food for health and security. In 2020 our garden tripled in size and by the end of the season it doubled again. The vision of Early Bird Acres began.

While growing food is important - flowers always have my heart.

I'm not one to move so quick on big ideas but when I do jump... it's with two feet. Lucky for me my family was equally excited and we can't wait to see where our first official farming season takes us.

If flowers aren't your thing I still hope you stick around as we share a bit about our life on the homestead.
